My name is Nicole Corbett and I have been kiteboarding since 2005. I first saw kiteboarding when I was studying abroad and stumbled across a kite competition in Tariffa, Spain. It wasn't until a few years later that I saw it again while living in downtown Chicago and thought to myself "Wow!?! You can do that in Chicago?". So I signed up for a trainer kite lesson and then took water lessons while on a girls trip in Key West Fl.
Since then, this sport has changed my life in every way possible. It has taught me humility, given me confidence, taken me to remote places and introduced me to my best friends. It is my one true passion and while there are times I'm happy to take a break from kiting, it is the only thing that I am sure will be a part of me for the rest of my life.
